Returns & Refunds
We have a 7 day return or exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from the day you receive your order to raise a request. The products for returns/exchanges will be picked up hassle-free by our courier partner from your doorstep.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with the tags intact, and in its original packaging along with the receipt.
For Bundle Discount Offers we have no returns, only exchanges.
To initiate a return, please write to us on contact@eight9.in. Please mention your order number in the email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your order and complete quality inspection. We will keep you posted on the status of your refund request once the item is returned to us. For COD orders, we will send you a link that will help you get your refund credited quickly.
Exchange
Exchanges are only permitted in case there is a sizing issue. You cannot exchange across different product categories. Only 1 free exchange is allowed.
In case of exchanges, we will dispatch your new order 2 days after we receive your initial order and complete quality inspection.
Cancellation
We do not accept cancellation requests once the order has been placed with us and has been shipped. If you think you made an error, please reach out to us immediately once order has been placed.
